1 General Terms

FancyBet (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between FancyBet and its users.

2 Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when opening an account with FancyBet. Accounts created using false information may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to FancyBet immediately.
• FancyBet may request proof of identity and address at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended to keep your account secure.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use FancyBet's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the service.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Voluntary Participation: You are using FancyBet of your own free will and of your own accord.
• Restricted Regions: Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use FancyBet.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

FancyBet supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment-related activities are governed by the following rules:

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. This may vary for certain promotions.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 1–15 minutes.
• Deposits deemed suspicious by FancyBet may be placed on hold pending verification.
• Deposited funds may not be sent in a third party's name — payments must be made from a mobile number registered in the account holder's own name only.

Withdrawal Policy:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same payment method used for your first deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. However, additional time may be required for security verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Daily maximum withdrawal limits apply.
• If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus are not met, any winnings derived from that bonus cannot be withdrawn.

5 Bonus Terms

FancyBet's bonus offers are provided under specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Duration: Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Abuse Prohibited: Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts or any other scheme may result in account closure.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on FancyBet are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless FancyBet voids it due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, FancyBet will make a decision in accordance with its own rules — the original stake may be refunded or the bet may be considered valid.
• FancyBet reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• FancyBet will not be held liable for any bets that fail to process in live betting due to internet connectivity issues.
• If match-fixing or any other illegal activity is suspected in Sports Betting, FancyBet reserves the right to suspend or void the relevant bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FancyBet. Any violation will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a family member's account to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to manipulate or defraud the system.
• Using FancyBet for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Artificially exploiting the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to FancyBet's systems.
• Collecting or using another user's account information.
• Attempting to defraud by deliberately providing false information.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

FancyBet places the utmost importance on protecting your personal data. Any information we collect is used solely for the purposes of providing our services, ensuring security, and meeting legal obligations.

FancyBet does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared in the following circumstances:

• To comply with legal requests from law enforcement authorities.
• With financial institutions for payment processing.

9 Responsible Gaming

FancyBet believes online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We actively promote responsible gaming practices and are always ready to assist anyone experiencing gambling-related issues.

• You can set your own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• If you feel you may have a gaming addiction, please make use of the Self-Exclusion option.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

FancyBet may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Attempting to access the service from a restricted region.

Users may also voluntarily request to close their account at any time. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11 Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise between FancyBet and any user, the following process must be followed:

1. Step 1: Log in to your account or contact our support team by email. You can typically expect a response within 72 hours.
2. Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate your complaint to senior management.
3. Step 3: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute may be referred to the relevant licensing authority.

12 Notice of Changes to Terms

FancyBet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• You will be notified via a pop-up message upon accessing the platform.
• The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated.

Continued use of the service after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
